First of all, Congratulations! You have just made a HUGE decision for yourself and for all of those around you to start the amazing hCG Weight Loss Plan. I bet you have ants in your pants waiting for your hCG to come in so you can start seeing your weight drop on the scale!
Here are some things to do while preparing for the HCG Weight Loss Program:
#1: Gather up everything that you will need to do the hCG diet, such as:
- HCG method (hCG drops or hCG pellets)
- Food scale
- Bathroom scale
#2: Read the hCG Weight Loss Program Shopping Checklist. This hCG checklist is available in your internet based Information Pack, make sure you have all the essential for the hCG Weight Loss Program.
#3: Take before pictures of yourself so you will have your hCG before and after pictures to show off. They don’t have to be in a thong bikini (unless that’s your thing), but should be in somewhat tight fitting clothing to really get the full effect.
#4: Buy ziplock bags if you are going to pre-package your hCG meat/protein selections.
#5: Write down your hCG goals for this round of the hCG diet.
- How much weight you want to lose while on Phase 2 of the hCG Weight Loss Program.
- How many centimetres do you want to lose while on Phase 2 of the hCG Weight Loss Program?
- How do you want to feel after you lose weight with the hCG Weight Loss Program?
- What piece of clothing are you most looking forward to wearing after you lose weight with the hCG Weight Loss Program? Little black dress? Bikini?
Keep these hCG goal handy during your round of hCG, read the words you wrote during any time of weakness during Phase 2. The answer to these few simply questions can help you avoid cheating on the hCG Weight Loss Program.
#6: Print the hCG tracking sheets. (Available in your internet based Information Pack).
#7: Make a 'Goal' picture. If can be a picture of yourself at the thinner weight, a picture of a celeb with a rockin body, or just a picture of a scale with your dream weight one it. You can post these goals around you house as inspiration during Phase 2 of the hCG Weight Loss Program. You can also put them in your office, your car, and wherever you will be during your hCG diet round.
#8: Plan your HCG diet gorge/loading days!! Remember that you must get down as much fatty food as you can on your hCG gorge days without making yourself sick. AND, you should try to hit all the things you think you may crave over the next month. So, seriously…plan out those two hCG gorge days. Otherwise, you may regret it because you didn’t get one last slice from your favorite pizza place while on the hCG Weight Loss Program.
#9: GET YOUR MIND RIGHT and your house as ready as possible. If you live alone, this is easy. However, if you live with others, it may be more of a challenge. Just try to get your kitchen as “clean” and hCG diet ready as possible. Throw out all the junk food and things that may tempt you while on the hCG diet, especially your “trigger foods”. There is no reason to have them in your house for the next month while you are following the hCG Weight Loss Program.
#10: Get ready to have some FUN. Any challenge you take on is going to be easier, more enjoyable, and more successful if you look at it like a game—like FUN. That’s what we are here for.
