Here are some variations in the classic smoothie method that will still satisfy your craving for a smoothie. All of these barely take a few moments & the result is great.

Classic Strawberry Smoothie
Take about 7 strawberries, 1 cup of ice, 7 drops of Stevia liquid & the juice of half a lime. Blend together until ice is crushed & everything has come together. Pour out & enjoy!! A variation to this is to substitute the strawberries with an Orange.

Coffee Chocolate Smoothie
You will need 6oz of strongly brewed coffee that has been chilled, a few drops of peppermint flavored stevia, ¼ tsp defatted cocoa powder, ice cubes as required, 1 tbsp skimmed milk which is optional. Blend everything together well.

Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie
Take a 100gms of fat free cottage cheese, I portion of strawberries, ½ tsp vanilla, 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, a few drops of stevia, ice cubes as per taste. Pulse together in a blender till smooth.
