- Place approx. 2 cup of chopped cauliflower in tin foil with a few whole cloves of garlic with salt & pepper.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Blend in a blender and slowly add chicken broth into the mashed potatoes.
- Finish off with mixed herbs.
- Serve with sautéed steak and tomatoes
*Sprinkle a little bit of curry on the steak while it is cooking for an interesting added flavour.
