• 1 apple, chopped
• 1/2 cup celery, chopped
• Juice from 1 lemon
• Zest from 1 lemon
• Small pinch of salt
• Stevia, to taste (Caramel or Vanilla flavored tastes best)
Saute chopped celery and apple in lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and Stevia to sweeten while cooking. Pour over 1 Melba toast.
