|Lamb chops - the ultimate Satafrikan-fave!|
Note: Phase 3 recipe some modifications will need to be made for phase 2 with reference to oil and also portion accordingly
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (PHASE 3 ONLY)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
8 (114grams) lamb loin chops, trimmed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Prepare marinade by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, and garlic in a large zip lock bag.
Let lamb rest in marinade at room temperature for 20- 25 minutes.
Lightly spray pan with cooking spray, season and cook lamb for 3-4 minutes on each until desired.
