FROZEN FRUIT SLUSHY

This is a GREAT idea for breakfast or a snack! My absolute favorite is a RED GRAPEFRUIT slushy; I just add a dash of cinnamon too!

YUM!



Ingredients:
  • 1 Serving Fruit (I prefer mine frozen - so make sure you pop it in the freezer the night before!)
  • Stevia to taste
  • Water (small amount)
  • 1 Handful ice
  • Blend in a blender

As an extra; I love adding a bit of no-salt (from natures choice) on the rim...personal choice!
