- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Small pinch of salt
- Stevia, to taste (Caramel or Vanilla flavored tastes best)
Saute chopped celery and apple in lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and Stevia to sweeten while cooking. Pour over 1 Melba toast.
