Roasted Asparagus

HCG Roasted Asparagus
100 grams Asparagus
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Black pepper (to taste)

To make this HCG recipe, preheat the oven to 204 degrees. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and place on a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil. Sprinkle the seasonings over top. Wrap all ends of the foil up tightly to make a sealed 'pocket'. Roast 15-20 minutes for the perfect HCG asparagus.
